Digital Design
Collaborating with stakeholders across the globe, designs and interactions are developed, reviewed, and revised. By incorporating an iterative design process with team members and stakeholders, the timeline to completion is reduced as well as ensuring "no surprises" when the project is completed.
Building a fit-for-future utility
Since its launch in 2020, the Fit-for-Future digital campaign has undergone extensive updates and improvements. It was originally developed as a microsite using Ceros, with me as the designer and developer. The campaign involved iterative design processes, initially visualized using Adobe XD, and implementation and construction within Ceros. The team included marketers, writers, and subject matter experts, and the team's collaborative efforts contributed to the successful execution of the campaign.
In 2023, the microsite needed to be integrated into the existing Arcadis.com website. As there was no existing framework to accommodate a long-form, multipage campaign, a hub I previously designed for the website was updated to align with the current website style and branding. Incorporating Ceros content into Sitecore required extensive testing to determine the optimal approach. Once the parameters were established, I closely collaborated with the global website team to successfully launch the revised hub and new pages before one of the largest water events in North America.

Maximizing Innovation
To complement a printed brochure, I created a single webpage that serves as a platform for accessing content while offering the option to download the brochure. The objective was to provide a digital alternative that is easily accessible, mobile-friendly, and complements the traditional print format.

What's your Superpower?
Taking on the responsibility of leading an interactive exercise for two global teams is a significant task. For this undertaking, I designed and developed a set of superheroes with interchangeable faces, hair, poses, and accessories to facilitate the activity. Using Miro, I organized multiple boards where team members could build a superhero representing them and their unique abilities. After explaining the concept, each person constructed their superhero and utilized provided icons to illustrate their superpowers. Following the exercise, I collected and analyzed the data related to the icons and the words the team chose. I then compiled the findings into an online infographic that showcased the gathered data in an informative and entertaining way.

5 reasons why we love working at Arcadis
Our recruiting team no longer wanted to use printed materials on college campuses. I suggested turning existing content into an engaging and mobile-friendly infographic-style webpage.

Property & Investment
The North America Property and Investment team encountered a situation that many sales enablement teams face - increasing demands for digital-only content. Collaborating with stakeholders, I successfully developed a webpage using Ceros that fulfilled their objectives of easy-to-understand content, mobile-friendly, and a short turnaround. In addition to the page, I created a business-sized card featuring a QR code linked to the webpage, enabling the team to promote the page to new contacts at conferences.
